How we work
What the job actually is.

You own real surface.
There is no layer of process between you and the thing people use. You pick up a problem, you ship the fix, and you see what it did to the numbers the same week. Nobody here is two steps removed from a visitor.

The engine does the volume. You decide what good means.
Agents research, write and re-check at a scale no team could match. Deciding what counts as true, what is worth recommending and what must never ship is the human part, and it is most of the job.

We work remote friendly from Québec. French and English are both first class here, in the product and in the room, not one translated after the fact.
